Vince is a videographer, photographer, father, husband, friend, and leader. Of his many talents, I greatly admire his ability to learn, reflect, and grow from experience. Vince shares a Bible story about one of his favorite hobbies, fishing, and how it relates to His relationship with Jesus and the church and its purpose. Some women have a miscarriage before they know they’re pregnant.We don’t know all the causes of miscarriage, but chromosome problems are often to blame. It can take weeks to months or more for a body to recover from a miscarriage. It may take longer to recover emotionally." (marchofdimes.org)

In this episode, I sit down with Brooke Lawrence, who shares her story of working through miscarriage. She and her husband live in Bakersfield, California, with their 18month old son. Brooke is vulnerable, honest, and bold as she shares how she navigated through not one but two miscarriages. This is such a sensitive topic, and I am grateful to Brooke for trusting me.

In this episode, I sit down with Adrian Monge (pronounced Mon-Heh) :P. Adrian is a loving human who makes everyone around him feel seen and heard. Adrian lives in Bakersfield with his lovely wife, Jennifer, and their six kids. Adrian loves to go on adventures, leads a Bible Study for men, has a landscaping business, and has a heart to pastor and show others how to love and live like Jesus. Mike and Elyse Riddle are a HOOT. Together, they raise three boys Jonah, Judah, and Jack. In this episode, we discuss the dynamics of raising very different kids, discipline styles, parenting roles, and lots of other randomness.
