Ann Bowes interviews Andrew Duffin, historian and former resident of the Palouse.  Andrew Duffin takes the audience through a brief  agricultural history of the Palouse and touches on the environmental issues that  have been around for a long time.  He provides the insight of a historian and applies this to future implications for the Palouse area.

Ann interviews Renee and Emmett Love about their local Kombucha brewing business.   The Loves share how they came to start their enterprise and describe a bit about how their brewing process works.   The espress an enthusiasm for their product and customers.

Ann interviews Hannah Wolff of Moscow's Humble Burger.  Hannah shares with Ann how Humble Burger was started and some of the things they've tried to achieve with this unique little eatery.

Ann and Chris depart from their usual food focus and delve into the issues of EMFs and smart meters.
