Heal East West: https://qrco.de/bctKxX
Heal EastWest was inspired by the desire to live well, and to do so intentionally & holistically.
Driven by the belief that we do our greatest healing when not alone, Heal EastWest has brought the often-forgotten component of community to health & wellness.
There is healing to be done... in our global village, our communities, our families... but as with everything, it begins with self. Heal EastWest is designed to holistically support individuals & communities striving to exist healthily and cohesively.
In true holistic fashion, Heal EastWest addresses all areas of health: the mind, the spirit, the emotional body & the physical body. And we do so with the broadly encompassing & highly effective east-west approach. Our patients and clients have access to a large variety of modalities and the best care available.
Wellness Riot https://qrco.de/bctKsh
Wellness Riot is a virtual wellness and lifestyle coaching business providing a simple and personal approach to optimal health. Jill’s fresh and in demand philosophy includes observing, listening to and spending time with you, the client, and educating and guiding you as you make lifestyle changes. Jill works with clients in a coaching role, she believes in identifying the root cause of the issue, then taking small but sustainable steps towards a solution. She’ll nudge you outside of your comfort zone without adding stress or turning your world upside down.
Some of the issues she regularly addresses include low energy, digestive upset, poor sleep, weight imbalance, gentle detoxification and nutrition gaps. The recommended lifestyle changes will vary depending on the client, but may include whole foods, water, sleep, suggestions of vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathies and essential oils. Regardless of the specific suggestions, shifting your mindset around health is vital and so it plays a big part of the program.
The ultimate goal is to equip you with the knowledge and resources to take your health into your own hands, make informed decisions and spend the rest of your life in wellness. So, how about we get rid of the health issues that are bogging you down, so you can walk, run, dance, play, vacation, socialize, eat, rest and feel exactly the way YOU want to!
