Boundary : n., "a limit or space between you and the other person; a clear place where you begin and the other person ends. The purpose of setting a healthy boundary is, of course, to protect and take good care of you." Beyond that, boundaries provide a clear delineation between thoughts, opinions, situations, actions, and situations that you're comfortable with and others you would rather avoid. Let's talk about boundaries.

Boundaries exist for a reason, and we talk about how sometimes it does get quite difficult to set healthy ones.
