2: Kelsey Grant - How can we love better and create healthier relationships?
Well, folks, this is definitely one of the two best episodes I have ever recorded on the podcast. The guest, Kelsey Grant (@radicalselflove), is a relationship expert who helps people love better, and she does NOT hold back in this one. She spits fire and powerful truth about familial systems, boundaries, breakups, love, dating, and all kinds of other good stuff. We touch on SO MANY different topics related to relationships and there are SO MANY nuggets of wisdom in here. Plus, we laugh a whole lot. You're going to love this one. Also, some of the resources mentioned include the book Codependent No More, which I think is one of the most powerful personal development books out there, as well Alain de Botton's incredible talk at the Sydney Opera House called "On Love", which is hilarious and thought-provoking and well worth a listen.

1: Mark Groves - How can men contribute to the #MeToo movement?
This is the very first episode of the Long Distance Love Bombs podcast, so why not just dive into one of the deepest, most uncomfortable topics possible? In this episode, Mark and I dive into sexual assault, male privilege, the #MeToo movement, masculinity, and a whole bunch of other good stuff. Many women have lovingly called us forward on social media, and this discussion is us answering that call. This is us stepping well outside our comfort zone in an effort to support, learn, grow, and contribute our voices. Our intention is to honor the brave folks speaking up. We are not experts in this topic. We don't have all the answers. But we're willing to risk saying the wrong thing here in order to learn what the right thing is. RESOURCES: These guys are mentioned and are doing great work: @newagegents, @mantalks, and @beyondthebeers. If you like this episode, please do share it and subscribe! You can find Mark online @createthelove and Jeremy @longdistancelovebombs.
