Fried Purple Cabbage: A Cooking Philosophy
In this episode I give detail into my philosophy behind frying cabbage. My preference is to use either a wok or a cast-iron skillet. Are use a little oil along with some onions and garlic and sometimes bell peppers. Beyond Bolongnese
I decided to give Kroger‘s plant-based Bolognese sauce a try. For this, I cooked two beyond burgers and two hot Italian beyond sausage links along with two jars of the Bolognese sauce. I chose rigatoni for my noodles and simply brought everything together in the end. This was simple to make and easy to enjoy!
