At times we start for the sake of starting with no ending in mind. Other times we fail to start with a clear end in mind. Occasionally we're stifled by focusing too much on the end. The end is your friend, so let us start being a good friend.

There is true power in purpose. In reading Napoleon Hill's The Law Of Success, he calls this a definite chief aim. In speaking, having a definite chief aim is key in conveying my message. In leadership, it is vitally important to establish this definite chief aim.
