Grateful Living with Rev. Lucretia is about how to live up to your best and highest potential. We will focus on the teachings of New Thought, and how to use prayer, meditation and affirmations to change your perception of reality. We believe that our thoughts create our reality and we will discuss ways to eradicate false beliefs we have held and replace them with affirmative uplifting healthy inspired beliefs that are aligned with God's desire for us to live our greatest lives and be perfect manifestations of God's love. We will also draw from the world of science and medicine where we now have the ability to prove that the thoughts we have change our body in physical ways and how to use all the most current research to help us live our best lives.
