Maggie Felmann: Healing as a Life-Long Journey
In this episode, I have a conversation with my childhood friend Maggie Felmann, who is an eating disorder coach in Los Angeles. We talk about both of our experiences working with people who are on a healing journey, and our own experiences with this over the years. We touch on many topics relating to the healing journey, from conscious parenting to conscious eating, to self love and boundaries, to choosing the right coach or therapist and so much more. This episode is packed full of insights into the healing journey and why it is a life long process.

Breaking Generational Patterns and Healing as a Parent: Candice Balkman
As we begin Season 2 in a NEW format (video!) and NEW podcast host (Anchor), I had the pleasure of interviewing one of my childhood friends, Candice Balkman, a Registered Nurse in Los Angeles, and mom of 3, who has been on a profound healing and awakening journey over the past few years. As she became aware of unhealthy patterns passed down from her family, she began doing inner healing work to break out of people pleasing tendencies, while taking responsibility for her emotions and inner peace. She talks about how this new way of being has impacted her as a parent, and inspired her to become a life coach to help others in their healing journeys. Candice's transformation over the past years is significant, and she has some profound insights. Hope you enjoy this episode!

Faith Crisis, Breast Cancer, and Meeting Her Higher Self: Bethany Kay Sell Shares Her Journey
In this episode I have the honor of speaking with Bethany Kay Sell, who has gone through some massive transformations over the past years. What started as a meeting of her Higher Self, led to a faith crisis, and then a cancer diagnosis, all while raising 4 young children. One of the significant things about Bethany is that she has gone through some very dark times, but has emerged feeling that she has a higher purpose through it all. It's this perspective that allows her to put herself out there in very vulnerable ways: she is known for her very raw, journal-like Facebook posts, her youtube videos about leaving Mormonism, and her topless modeling photos celebrating her body after a double mastectomy. Join me for this episode to hear Bethany talk about her experiences first hand, and share her tips on letting go of shame and living a divinely inspired life.

Growing Up in a Cult: Barry Britton Shares His Journey
Join me for this incredible interview with Barry Britton who was raised in a cult run by his own father. I was initially intrigued and curious about Barry by his very authentic and deep Facebook posts, but I had no idea the extent of the childhood trauma he experienced (and this interview only skims the surface). Despite the seriousness of what he endured, Barry is one of the most animated, genuine, and inspiring people I have ever met. In this interview he shares some of his childhood memories, what helped him transition into the “real world” after the cult was dissolved, and how his experiences have shaped who he is today.
