Maine Hike n Brew Crew

Maine Hike n Brew Crew

By Matt Mower

Here's the deal: We're neither craft beer snobs nor the most experienced hikers. But when you live in a state like Maine AKA Vacationland there's plenty of great opportunities to get out and do both. Come join us in the 'brew bomber' AKA Matt's Ford Ranger as we explore trails and tap rooms from Portland to the tiny backwood corners and converse about beer, hiking and other fun stuff.

Flashback Learn About Beer Special #1

Flashback Learn About Beer Special #1

Years before I ever thought of podcasting and when the pandemic lockdowns were just starting I did a series of nightly toasts and songs on Facebook Live for my friends and family. As the pandemic stretched into the summer I decided to try a series of video about beer. In this flashback episode we discuss Belgian witbiers & German hefeweizens, darker lagers and finally porters and stouts. These were all recorded on an iPhone and downloaded from my Facebook page so I apologize in advance if some the audio isn't great particularly when I'm joined by Owen.
