I go LIVE on my Facebook page every Tuesday and Thursday morning around 8:45 AM ET.
During this week's morning chat with MomJonz, I talked about being overwhelmed. Why the heck do we feel the need to be so darn busy all the time?
I challenge you to stop being so darn crazy busy and be crazy fun instead.
If you need permission to slow down and enjoy the moment, I give it to you. Find a little ME TIME each day. Focus on YOU!
Tune in for this episode and learn about some ways you can stop feeling so overwhelmed.
The mug I mentioned? Oh...here ya go!
I'm often asked, "Do you talk to your kids about money?"
I share a little about how and why we share finances with our kids.
Every household is different, so knowing when and how much to share will differ. You can also read why we started giving our children allowances.
Do you take ME Time? Do you have a hard time setting boundaries?
If so, take a listen to this quick episode. I also talk a little about our 2021 theme FEAR and share a little about why I chose this theme for the year.
You can catch the LIVE video on my Facebook page.
