You are your brand with Lydia Pierre

You are your brand with Lydia Pierre

In this week episode Mariana Cadore interviews Lydia Pierre

https://www.marianacadore.com/

Lydia is a Haitian-American native of Brooklyn, New York, raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and now residing in Metro Atlanta.

Beginning her career as a licensed cosmetologist, Lydia decided to alter direction so she can share her passion of helping business owners and entrepreneurs like herself after over 12 years of servicing mainly the beauty industry. Now she is a Brand Manager, Speaker, Host, Coach, and Media Personality. But her clients lovingly refer her as their "BM", short for Brand Manager.

As a branding coach and consultant, Lydia provides services aimed at empowering entrepreneurs with skills and strategies to reach new levels of leadership. Her niche market is High Profile Executives, whom she counsels through the process of maintaining, improving, and upholding their reputation right where they are as they build their brand. She does this by developing, implementing and executing strategic solutions that help to ensure a smooth transition into entrepreneurship for the executive, allowing their brand to remain favorable to their current audience as well as potential customers. This way their name is associated with positive results and can be leveraged everywhere they go. A self-branded “Corporate Socialite” who believes that business should be fun, Lydia knows a thing or two about this, being someone who has had to transition quite a few times herself while building her own brand.

Lydia is a fierce proponent of professionalism and has dedicated herself to not only working with High Profile Executives and Small Business Owners but also helping them turn their passion to profit and having fun while doing it. Lydia is not only the Founder and CEO of Pierre Branding Group (PBG), she is the Senior Director of Brand Management and is personally involved in the training and development of all their clients to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service.

Lydia’s Philosophy

Whether it is by design or by default, everyone has a brand. We are constantly building a perception of who we are in the minds of those around us. This is Branding. This is why it is important to be consistent and authentic— because you are a brand. If you truly want to be successful in life, you must consider yourself a brand and act accordingly. But..this doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy the journey.

As your Fun Coach, Lydia provides a safe space for playfulness and encouragement. Lydia believes that "adulting" is hard, especially as a business owner. This is why she also believes that it is necessary that those who are in business, especially those who are in a positions of ownership need to take time to have fun. When they are being playful, they tend to feel healthier, safer, almost like they did when they were kids, and maybe even better. Simply by playing, they reclaim their health, their community, their well-being, the energy of their youth. At times, she also supports by offering guidance to the client in their lifestyle as well as their chosen industry.

Mariana Cadore was involved in an unhealthy relationship. But it wasn’t with a person. It was with food, and her beliefs. The Brazilian native bounced through life like a worn ping-pong ball. A beautiful model at 15, a person with an eating disorder, a talented rower, a fibromyalgia sufferer. She had enough. Time to untangle the web… and untangle she did! Mariana reached deep inside to find out why things could be so good, and yet so bad. The tale of two Marianas needed to stop. But how? After dissecting every aspect of her life, including her toxic relationship with food, she realized she had work to do. To become the healthy and happy person she could love and feel good about, she had to rid negative thoughts, unrealistic fears and bad habits, most of which she didn’t know she had. She is now sharing her story, her discoveries about herself, and the changes she made. Food is something Mariana looked at as both a source of joy and self-harm. Today, she loves cooking for friends and family. Mariana’s special talent lies in helping people make that first step of admitting they want to do better. They might not know how, but Mariana’s kind and comforting words will make the journey much more pleasant. It’s just the kind of person Mariana is. Once lost, now found, Mariana’s greatest achievement is guiding others to the other side of fear and sadness and onto a new path of joy. www.marianacadore.com Instagram: @mariana_cadore

“As a fellow serviceman and knowing the roles our guys had to perform in often poor conditions, I held them in great esteem and always wanted to provide them with the best care I could”. I have always had an empathy for those in pain and I decided that I would be the best I possibly could. It never sat well with me that people would suffering with pain or dysfunction only to be offered basic and often ineffective treatments or generic exercise programmes. Unfortunately the military was slow to accept the application of the many emerging practices in the neurological field and curtailed any application which is why a decision was made to leave and start a cutting edge clinic that could deliver advanced therapy with no hinderance”. https://www.threesixtyrehab.com/
