The Mariners traded Jarred Kelenic, Marco Gonzales, and Evan White to the Braves for some pitching prospects. Chris is joined by Chris "OB" O'Bryant and Jason Wang to talk about the trade, our thoughts on the Mariners future, and the next moves that could happen this offseason in Seattle.

Chris sits down to interview the Mariners 2022 4th-round pick, Ashton "AJ" Izzi. We chat about his progress through high school, the draft process, and where he's at after being drafted by the Mariners. 

Chris and Alex discuss all the money going out in Free agency, why the Mets might not be as good as their payroll shows, how the Mariners aren't in that bad of a spot for not spending anything on Free Agency, and talk a lot about where the Mariners starting rotation stands up against the rest of the rotations in baseball.

Chris and Alex are back again. We talk about the big moves the Mariners have made so far in acquiring Kolten Wong and Teoscar Hernandez, whether it's enough, what else could be coming, and if the pitching rotation could change before the season starts.

He talks about what's holding up each side, how we got here, and what to expect over the next weeks and months. Then Chris and Alex give some quick thoughts and worries about the stoppage.

Chris and Alex are back with their first episode of 2022, and are joined by the great Dan Szymborski, senior writer from Fangraphs and ESPN contributor. We talk a bunch of 2022 predictions, under and over-valued players, Ty France, JP Crawford, Marco Gonzales, and of course... Julio Rodriguez!

Chris and Alex are back! It's been a while, but we are back. Jason Churchill joins us to talk all about the Mariners signings, potential signings, what could happen at different positions on the team, the pitching staff... and pickles?!?!

We are joined by the incredible Jordan Shusterman, of Cespedes Family BBQ, the Ringer, and Fox, as he shares his thoughts on potential Free Agents that could land with the Mariners, players he wants nothing to do with, and the one guy that he wants to sign. There's also a little bonus bet made towards the end.

Chris and Alex go through what they hope happens in the 2021 offseason for the Mariners. Both think that they are going to spend and go after big names, one more than the other. 

Chris and Alex take a look at the starting pitchers that may be available in free agency for the Mariners. There are a fair amount of good ones out there, and for once, Chris and Alex disagree on some of them. They're also joined by Max Ellingsen who gets a little spicy with some hot pitching takes while giving his thoughts on what the Mariners should do in free agency.

It's the middle of October, and it seems like a great time to look at some of the free-agent hitters that the Mariners could be going after this offseason. Chris tries stumping Alex with a free-agency related trivia question, and we are joined by Curtis Christianson as he gives us his hot takes for who the Mariners should go after in free agency.

Chris and Alex spend this week's episode talking about Kyle Seager, Yusei Kikuchi, and the arbitration-eligible players. They also each decide to bring a trivia question to the table this week, both of which are good ones. SIGN JP CRAWFORD!

Chris and Alex talk about how they don't like catchers wearing blue, which is going to be the sole reason the Mariners miss the playoffs this year (if they do). They go over that Royals series, Marmo's call-up, Re-visit the Ty France trade on its one-year anniversary, and give live updates to the game since they're recording while it was going on. Chris and Alex try their best to focus on recapping the action from the Texas series and the Houston series amidst yet another comeback win for the Mariners, this time as they beat Oakland 5-3, scoring three runs in the ninth. We also have Jordan Shusterman back on, this time to talk trivia, comebacks, and starting a tracker on wins vs run differential on the rest of the year.

The Mariners took 2 of 3 from the Blue Jays, thanks in large part to Luis Torrens, Ty France, and the rest of the Mariners bats heating up. They still have a ways to go in the Wild Card race, as Chris and Alex talk about what needs to be done to get there, and if the team is capable of doing it.

Chris talks a bit about the Mariners' struggles against the Yankees, what to expect against Texas, and then has an interview with Mariners' 4th round pick, an RHP out of Texas A&M, Bryce Miller. He talks about his path through high school, the potential of being a two-way player, his time at Texas A&M, as well as his interesting relationship with a former and at the same time new teammate, Zach Deloach.

We discuss the Toro/Smith for Montero/Graveman trade, the Tyler Anderson trade, and the remainder of what we think that the Mariners might do in advance of the 2021 mlb trade deadline

Chris and Alex are joined by Jason Churchill, this time to talk about the 2021 MLB Draft for the Mariners. He talks with us about the top picks in the draft, some of his favorite picks, explains a bit about under and over-slotting (he's even confused still), and then we all make fun of the Angels.

Hector Santiago got shafted by the umps and the league. He is appealing his suspension (Chris heard wrong), and while he's doing so, the Mariners are playing really well. We talk Santiago, Kikuchi, Gilbert, JP, and some trivia too.

Mariners youngster Logan Gilbert outdueled Shane Bieber, as the Mariners beat Bieber for the second time in a row. We talk a lot about Fraley, Gilbert, who the next Mariners catcher call-up is going to be, Yusei Kikuchi pitching like a number one starter, and much more Mariners news from the last week or so.

WHY CANT WE HAVE NICE THINGS! Every time someone comes back for the Mariners, another guy makes a trip to the IL. At least we have not a doctor Jeremy Hirschkorn on to join us this time to talk a bit about Kyle Lewis and his meniscus injury, as well as Nick Margevicius and his Thoracic Outlet Diagnosis, and how to rehab and prevent them. Chris and Alex wrap up with a talk about what's actually going well for the team, and Alex tries to stump Chris in trivia. But, will he succeed?

Chris and Alex recorded Monday night during the middle of the Mariners game and were admittedly nervous the whole time. We didn't want to jinx the team, and they came through in the end. We talk about Scott Servais and wonder if he is actually a good manager, some minor leaguers, the disgusting offense (not in a good way), and much more in this week's episode.

Chris and Alex enjoy tasty beverages while talking about the debuts of Jarred Kelenic and Logan Gilbert, checking in on the Everett Aquasox and the rest of the "friends of the podcast" to see how they have been doing so far on this season, all the while trying their best to not talk bad about the Mariners awful hitting.

Chris and Alex waited till Monday to record this week, which ended up being a great thing. News broke as we got ready to record that Jarred Kelenic will be called up and inserted into the lineup on Thursday against the Indians. We talk all things Kelenic, as well as what to expect, and who could be next.

The Mariners have had one of the toughest schedules in baseball up to this point. They are above .500, and it's all thanks to their bullpen. Can the hitting and the starting pitching come around in time to make the team truly formidable? Chris and Alex discuss.

Chris and Alex are joined by Mariners middle infielder Donovan Walton. We learn about his time at Oklahoma State, his multiple times being drafted, injury history, and a bunch of memories that he has already made playing in the majors.

We know that it's early and the team has quite the rough stretch ahead of them potentially, but we revel in the joy that it currently brings. It was quite the odd week, split between the trash-stros and a double-double header in Baltimore, which actually is the inspiration for this weeks trivia question from Alex.
