The new Spider Man trailer dropped and Mark and Afindi are hyped! Marvel’s iconic character has been a part of a lot of our childhoods. In this episode, Mark and Findi discuss their favourite web-slinging superhero, from dressing up as Peter Parker for non uniform day to watching a 30 year old Tobey Maguire play a high school kid. The boys also discuss the new movie with and ASIAN superhero, Shang-Chi.

This man is probably the only person who actually watches and listens to Balcony AUX Chord, so the boys are super honoured to have him join the podcast. In this episode the trio discuss their experiences as East and Southeast Asians in North America as well as the recent increasing hate crimes against Asian Americans and Canadians.

After watching Game 6 the 2020 NBA finals Mark and Findi decide to talk about competitiveness and the drive to win and succeed. As expected the boys carry this discussion through the four elements from Avatar the Last Airbender and Shonen Anime.

BLACKPINK's documentary, Light Up the Sky, was recently released! Mark and Findi talk about Findi's favourite girl group and move onto a larger discussion about the K-Pop industry and mainstream pop music in general.

The boys talk about the state of 'flow', more colloquially known as 'being in the zone'. It's a state where we completely get immersed in the activity we're doing, where our egos and sense of time fades away.

In this episode the boys talk about their favourite season. Through their favourite tracks, Mark and Findi discuss childhood first day of school memories, being awkward first year university students, feeling lonely in the rainy West Coast as well as finding warmth in friendship and community.
EP12 : "Stage Diving Sky Diver" : Live music experiences that shaped us
Another thing the boys miss about the pre-Covid world is being able to go see live music. This episode they discuss their most memorable live music experiences from French composer Chassol playing the piano to a movie screening to Kanye West rapping on a floating platform. The boys finish the discussion with their hypothetical dream concerts because in these tough times, all we can do is dream :(
