About Jenny Peterson:
Jenny Peterson is a Chronic Illness Expert and the Founder of MBR (Mind Body Rewire). She helps those struggling with multiple chronic symptoms reclaim their health and freedom—without diets, detoxes, or pills. For 10 years, Jenny worked as a holistic practitioner, relying on supplements, diet, and detox protocols to support healing. But when she faced her own chronic health struggles, those methods failed her.
When Jenny was on her healing journey, she struggled to find a protocol that provided the structure needed to rewire the subconscious. So she created her own process to heal—and that process became the foundation of the Heal & Thrive Framework, a structured, step-by-step method that helps clients identify the subconscious patterns behind their symptoms and rewire them for lasting relief.
Using this exact process, Jenny fully resolved Lyme disease, digestive issues, panic attacks, skin conditions, cystitis, and more. Her own transformation ignited a mission: to help others break free from chronic symptoms and take back control of their health.

The Role of Trauma in Illness
In this episode of 'Masks Off for People Pleasers and Perfectionists,' host Kim Gross talks with Cindy Costley, a trauma survivor and an EBDT practitioner, who shares her personal journey of dealing with chronic illness. Cindy discusses her experiences with severe allergic reactions and how her physical symptoms were linked to unresolved trauma from her past. She explains the importance of listening to one's body and the process of desensitization for healing. The conversation underscores the connection between emotional health and physical well-being, encouraging listeners to honor their bodies and address underlying emotional causes of chronic symptoms.
About Cindy:
My name is Cindy Costley, and I am a Trauma Survivor and Mast Cell Thriver, an Electromagnetic Body Desensitization Therapy (EBDT) Practitioner, and a Medical Intuitive.
For 34 years, I struggled with severe mast cell issues, often described as “the girl allergic to the world.” At the age of 48, I became extremely ill, embarking on an incredible healing journey that led to my full recovery and a completely new life, all because I learned that my "allergic reactions" were my body's way of keeping me safe after suffering from severe sexual trauma as a child.
Learning to listen to my body, and the messages it has been trying to get me to listen to for years has been the biggest blessing. I am now asymptomatic and I help others heal through my EBDT (Electromagnetic Body Desensitization Technique). The key to healing is recoding the way our bodies respond to triggers and releasing trapped emotions that are causing mental and physical dysregulation in the body.
