Back with a bang (part two)
Welcome to episode 15 of TYMO! In part two of our spooky season episodes my brother Mitch, and one of his best mates, Jules talk about some would you rather scenarios, as well as discussing another podcast we love. And we end this episode with a classic Mitch rant...but this one comes with a twist!
You can find the boys online via the links below:
Mitch: @duxy94 (Instagram)
Jules: @julian_ward95 (Instagram), julianwardwa (Facebook) and @julianward95 (Twitter).
You can find TYMO on Facebook and Instagram by searching 'TYMO Podcast.'
PLEASE NOTE: This episode contains HIGH LEVELS of swearing. This episode was also pre-recorded in February as the COVID-19 pandemic was just being talked about. Jules was moving to Canada so we had to pre-record before he left, obviously since then he has had to come home, but we hope this episode in some way helps if you're struggling in any way.
Back with a bang (part one)
TYMO is back! After a much-needed break I'm excited to share the next two-part episodes with you! Part one sees me joined by my little brother Mitch, and one of his best mates, Jules! And since it's spooky season we decided to talk all things horror! The boys have a one-of-a-kind friendship and I'm excited (and also slightly nervous!) to share this episode with you all! :)

It's time to be honest...
Welcome back to TYMO: The Yours, Mine & Ours Podcast! It's been a while (well, 4 weeks!) since I last uploaded an episodes, and boy have I missed sitting down to record! In Episode 13 of TYMO I fill you in on what I've been up to with Meagan Jane Designs (www.meaganjanedesigns.com) and why there's been a delay in releasing this episode. I get pretty personal with my struggles and let you know what's going on in my life. I've missed you all heaps, and I hope you understand just how challenging it was to upload this episode.
As always I'm always here for you if you need a safe space to talk. meagan.tymopodcast@gmail.com. Sending you all the love in the world! See you in October. Meagan xo
And she's off again...
Episode 12 of TYMO is here! I've been working 24/7 over the last few months to bring something to life. It's something I'm very passionate about, and it's something I have sunk my heart and soul into. I love being an author, and I love doing this podcast, but being a voice/advocate for mental health is my biggest goal. I want to help those who feel alone, who feel the darkness is just too consuming, to help those who feel like there's no hope. Why? Because I know exactly what that feels like, and if I can do my part to help just one person see the light in the darkness, then everything I've been through will be worth it. "What mental health needs is more sunlight and more unashamed conversations." And that's exactly what I'm working towards...more sunlight and a hell of a lot more unashamed conversations. If you're struggling please know it is okay to not be okay, and I am here if you need a safe space to go to. Now, and always. And services like Lifeline are available 24/7, please reach out, they're there to help in the darkest of times. Keep an eye on the TYMO socials (which can be found on Facebook and Instagram by searching 'TYMO Podcast') to keep up to date with what I'm doing with this new venture of mine. Meagan xx
Normalcy and being diagnosed with a mental illness with my therapist, T
In episode 11 of TYMO I'm once again joined by my therapist, T. We discuss life going back to our 'new normal' as well as what it's like when you are being diagnosed with a mental illness. T and I are focusing on these podcasts as we want to help break down the walls that still surround mental illnesses, and we hope this episode chips away at said walls. If you're struggling please know you're not alone and there is help available. Please reach out if you need to, as T said, "sometimes you have to take a step back to step forward."
What's up, Wednesday!
Welcome to episode 2 of TYMO: What's up, Wednesday! In this short episode I talk about a book that I recently read that helped me focus more on my depression (which doesn't sound quite right!) and how to beat the stigma surrounding mental illnesses. I also talk about the latest show I finished, and my album recommendation also relates to mental illness (I'm gearing up for something here :P). And finally, I fill you in on where I plan on heading with my podcast now things are settling down.
*Please note: this episode does talk about depression/mental illnesses*
An introvert and two extroverts sitting at a table (part two)
If you thought part one was a wild ride, wait for part two! In my final quarantine type chat my brother, Mitch, and his roomie, Dan, talk about wrestling, being drunk, and things we're looking forward to now that quarantine is on it's way out the door! Part two is a cracker of an episode, and I'm excited for you to hear it! Be sure to follow TYMO on Facebook and Instagram (both can be found by searching 'TYMO Podcast') and as always, if you need someone to talk to please email me at: meagan.tymopodcast@gmail.com ox.
An introvert and two extroverts sitting at a table (part one)
Welcome to mad house...which is exactly what it felt like recording part one of my last quarantine type chats before my schedule goes back to normal. In this episode, I (being the introvert that I am) sat down with my brother, Mitch, and his roommate/best mate, Dan (both boys are the extroverts), where we talk about life in quarantine, how the boys stayed active/looked after themselves in lock down, how they've managed without work and what they appreciate more now that we're coming out of the other side of this crazy experience.
As always, if you need a safe and judgement-free place to chat, you're always welcome to email me at: meagan.tymopodcast@gmail.com. Be sure to follow TYMO on Facebook and Instagram (both can be found by searching 'TYMO Podcast') and join the new Facebook TYMO Podcast group! :)
What's up, Wednesday!
Hello everyone and welcome to TYMO: What's up, Wednesday! These shorter episodes make part of a 5 part series, where I talk about books, TV shows, movies and music! You'll also be updated on where TYMO is heading now that things are starting to go back to normal. As always, please reach out if you need a safe place to chat. My email address is: meagan.tymopodcast@gmail.com
Much love,
Meagan ox.
Quarantine chats with my best friend (Part Two)
Episode 6 of TYMO is the second part of my quarantine chat with my best friend, Jon. Part one was a bit of a wild ride, and part two is pretty much the same. We talk about milk (and our favourite flavours), and Jon attempts some accent impressions, and although this is another random podcast, we again hope it in some way will made you smile or laugh, or maybe even both! If you want to follow Jon on Instagram you can find him by searching: @jonathan.maddocks.
Don't forget to follow the TYMO Podcast Instagram account for behind the scenes content, and upcoming news on each episode: @tymopodcast. And as always, if you need a safe place to talk please feel free to email me at: meagan.tymopodcast@gmail.com.
Quarantine chats with my best friend (Part One)
Episode 5 of TYMO is a two-parter. In part one, you'll meet Jonathan, one of my best friends. We have a pretty unique friendship, and since we've been in isolation we decided to catch up over zoom, and we thought we'd record our random chats for you all to hear! This may be the most random podcast episode you’ll ever listened to. But we hope it in some way will made you smile or laugh, or maybe even both! If you want to follow Jon on Instagram you can find him by searching: @jonathan.maddocks.
Don't forget to follow the TYMO Podcast Instagram account for behind the scenes content, and upcoming news on each episode: @tymopodcast. And again, if you need a safe place to talk please feel free to email me at: meagan.tymopodcast@gmail.com.
Sending you all lots of love and another virtual hug!
How ya goin' isolation? It's me, Meagan!
Hello my loves! In episode 4 of TYMO: The Yours, Mine & Ours Podcast I follow-on from last fortnights episode, where I sat down with my therapist and we talked about the current worldwide pandemic, as well as some ways to help if you’re struggling. In this episode, I discuss what I'm doing to keep busy, along with my plans for future TYMO episodes. And if you love animals as much as I do, you're in for a treat in the last part of this episode :P
I also mention needing to reach out, so if you find yourself wanting to confide to someone in a safe space, please feel free to email me at: meagan.tymopodcast@gmail.com :)
Mental health and difficult times with my therapist, T
Almost everyone is currently feeling scared and anxious at the moment. We’re not sure when we will go back to the normal we’re used to, and we’re constantly fed news 24/7. Most of us are trying to take care of ourselves and those around us, while making sure we stay up to date with the latest news. The growing number of people feeling alone during this unpredictable time hasn’t gone unnoticed, with specialists working around the clock to provide as much support and comfort as possible. In episode 3 of TYMO, I sit down with my therapist, T, and we talk about why it’s okay to feel anxious and overwhelmed in this time. T also offers a different insight into what’s going on right now. This episode won’t make all the issues go away, rather it’ll offer advice and ways to cope when you feel like you’ve lost control.
Meet Dani!
In episode two of TYMO I chat to one of my best friends of 12 years, Dani. Dani's boyfriend Jake passed away from brain cancer in 2016, so Dani chats to me about the journey they went on, including how they met and how cancer brought them together before ripping them apart. Dani's brutal and honest chat well let viewers get an inside look as to just how damaging brain cancer can be, and Dani shares how she turned this negative into an inspirational positive that has seen her raised almost $10,000 for brain cancer research.
