Human Optimization Through Movement

Human Optimization Through Movement

In our brains the areas that control movement are connected to the areas that control thoughts and emotions. Perhaps the most powerful medicine known to man is movement. Movement makes the abstract tangible, it makes the individual sociable, and synchronized movement makes group performance exponentially more powerful.

Body Wisdom and Movement Intelligence

Body Wisdom and Movement Intelligence

In anything there is always one thing that is the epicenter, the epitome, the essence. Everything culminates into one thing. In movement, in alignment, in performance, in sitting, in life, that is our body. We work so hard to supplement this all important thing, the body, with external comforts, tools of upgrade, and pleasurable experiences. Who comes into MedicinEvolution?

Who comes into MedicinEvolution?

The answer is, people who are sensitive. And, sensitivity can come in many forms. It might be that person who has a lot of stress going on in life. Or a serious athlete who after years of focused exertion feels like their body is falling apart. Sensitivity can change when we choose to engage not only our brains but our bodies, too! Your body is the main mechanism, yet the most underrated tool to affect how you feel, how you experience the world, how you relate to the world, and how you perform in life. MedicinEvolution is where people find empowerment, they connect to their bodies like never before. Maybe you were in a car accident as a child and have suffered symptoms since. You've tried massage, chiropractic, etc. With decent success, but not lasting. When you learn the mechanisms behind connecting then you'll understand what I mean by sensitive people come into MedicinEvolution. They do, it's those who want to be agents of their own change because that's true power!

Creating a Wisdom Culture

Creating a Wisdom Culture

I broke my brain trying to figure out things like how, where, when, etc. I'd record this podcast. Today it became clear. I needed to find flow because when I set things up formally it's hard for me to let go and flow, it makes me mechanical where heart and intuition are the very opposite.
