Its Beach Season! And we have founder of Salty Soul Foundation, John Helms on our show this week. Salty Souls started as a clothing line but John and Mary knew they wanted to do more! In 2017, the monthly beach cleanups began and since then here are some of the stats of what they have accomplished with their over 3000 volunteers:
- Collected 7 TONS of Trash
- Cleaned over 90 miles of beach
- Partnered with local businesses like Yeetz Sunglasses, where proceeds give back to the foundation
