Mehmooni: Shagerd Aval

Keya (@keyajafari) is a junior doctor currently working on the NHS frontline. He studied medicine at UCL (ranked 1st in his class!) and also has a BSc/degree in Neuroscience. He was also a keen gymnast back in his prime and will do a back-flip if given enough peer-pressure...

We talk about his journey through med school, what it’s like to be a doctor in 2020/21, how he deals with stress, Farsi school, and so much more.

“Shagerd Aval” is also the name of one of the designs on BanniAdam.com which I created for my good friend Keya, a contributor to Banni Adam and my favourite ‘شاگرد اول' shagerd aval’.
