I wanted to create a platform where I can speak about the things I'm passionate about, the things I am curious about, and the things we all want to talk about but don't really know how.
I'll be talking about:
•Parenting
•Sobriety
•Dance confessions
•What it's like going to therapy
• Not killing your spouse during iso
•Being a working mom
•My magical dress loving boy
AND anything and EVERYTHING else!

Stories like mine and so many others need to be shared even when the shame or fear of judgement lingers in the air. I am sharing this again today during these uneasy times to remind you that ...
You are NOT alone. I was there TOO. I AM there too.

Why me? Why now?
Why am I starting a podcast? What makes my stories so special?! Well, all I know is that they are mine and they need to come out one way or another. Hopefully us chatting will help you with some stress, loneliness and every other emotion we’re going through in this unsure time.
