The Cerebral Palsy Association of BC and Richmond Centre for Disability are proud to host a four-part workshop series titled Mental Health in the Workplace: Rights and Responsibilities of Youth with Disabilities. This workshop series will address the issues of mental health in the workplace for youth with disabilities. The workshops will be given by two lawyers.

Part 2: The duty to accommodate
In the second of the Mental Health in the Workplace Workshops, lawyer Laura Track goes in depth on the duty of employers to accommodate people with disabilities. She talks about reasonable accommodations and what an undue hardship is. Finally, she talks about the steps you can take to request an accommodation.
