One of the things that differentiates a man from a woman is her menstrual cycle which occurs monthly. For some people it's 31 days for others 30, 29 and 28 days. Some people may have more or les of these numbers mentioned.
It's very common to see women focusing their period. and ignoring the other things that happens to their bodies during the cycle. On this episode, Nehmi Emmanuela and I share our experience and how it affects business.

Henri is the founder of the Cameroon Economic Policy Institute (CEPI), an independent think tank based in Yaoundé, which aims to improve the quality of economic policies.

it's unavoidable to not go through a crisis or a hit as a physical or moral person. Maybe your boss is given you a headache or stressing you out or your employees are not producing what you expect of them. Which ever category you find yourself, it will affect you emotionally. it's very possible to avoid the disasters that come after, if you have a high EQ but.. it's impossible to avoid disaster with a low EQ as a matter of fact, you can even add more injury.
