Triple Blessing (Audio) Book Foreword by Kayla Reveal
Kayla was our egg donor for the IVF cycle that produced the Cave Triplets that we have today. We appreciate her generosity and helping my wife Angelique and I become parents. This is her story in her own words, and will be featured in the upcoming audio book Triple Blessing - A Father's Story of Infertility, Hope and Love.
Triple Blessing: A Father's Story of Infertility, Hope and Love
In this episode, Michael covers what's in his book Triple Blessing: A Father's Story of Infertility, Hope and Love. The book gives husbands a voice in the infertility world as not much is heard about the male perspective when it comes to this very taboo topic.
The book features a foreword written by the egg donor Kayla, who retired from egg donation after 8 successful egg donation cycles.
There's also lyrics to a fun song written by Michael, "Saving All My Sperm For You", which was an ode to husbands that have gone through the grind that is semen analysis, IUI, IVF, etc.
There are also several intriguing chapters, which include:
- What Not to Say to Someone Struggling with Infertility
- Trying to Conceive - Just How Difficult It Is
- The Word "Journey", and Why Some Hate It
- Angelique's Pregnancy
- Triggers
- "Just Adopt"
- Words of Wisdom
- A Passage of Deep Reflection
- The Helpless Husband
- The Number of Embryo's To Transfer, A Difficult Decision
- The Financial Toll
The book is an interesting read, and is a fresh look at the male perspective, with many examples of what men navigate during an infertility journey, but often struggle with how to put it all into words.

Surrogacy and Egg Donation: A Discussion of Two Great Family Building Options
In this episode of Michael's Cave, Michael has a very interesting discussion with Lisa Stark-Hughes from Gestational Surrogate Moms (GSMoms) on gestational surrogacy and egg donation.
Lisa covers the services that are provided by GSMoms, dives deep into the process of both surrogacy and egg donation, and touches on key differences between gestational surrogacy and IVF cycles using donor eggs and how the two cycles differ from traditional IVF. She also describes how the surrogacy and egg donor industry have evolved over the past 10 years.
Michael also describes his experience using GSMoms for both gestational surrogacy and egg donation on his path to becoming a father of triplets.
There is also some very interesting information provided about the Chinese culture.
Success takes on many forms. Tune in to listen to a great and informative podcast about two great options!
