My next guest has an incredible story. At the age of 16, Nathan was ranked in the top ten nationally as a professional cyclist. While training for his next big race, he was struck by a vehicle traveling over 55 mph. After being pronounced dead at the scene, he was taken to a hospital where he remained in a coma for 2weeks. How everything unfolded from that point will blow your mind.

Happy Easter! After a weekend of celebrating the miracle of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we explore 2 of Jesus's many leadership qualities. 

One of the most significant challenges leader's face is the constant tension between work and personal life. Did I accomplish enough today? Am I spending enough time with my family? You may have heard that success in business is based in a large part on the quality of your relationships. Great leaders have solid networks and they are intentional about developing and maintaining them. Your mind is like a garden. Have you every tried to grow something? What would happen if you planted a seed and then did nothing? You didn't add water, sun or fertilizer, what would happen? If left unattended, it can become a mess of negativity, limited mindsets and small thinking. Extra ordinary leaders are intentional about shaping their thinking. 

So many leaders lack access to unbiased perspective and feedback. Where can you go when you're at the top? Who can you trust and lean on through your struggles? Who is really in your corner? Every great leader has a team of trusted friends they can rely on. People who tell them the truth and have their back.
