My Anxiety Disorder
In this episode of Michael Motivates, I open up about dealing with Anxiety and describe the feeling it brings during certain situations and moments in my life. Once we have identified the problem, we can use it to motivate us to learn about ourselves and take action to break away and achieve our purpose in life.
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. It can be a normal stress reaction.

How My Mental Health Effects Family Members
In this episode of Michael Motivates, I bring on my younger brother Jayson as a special guest to discuss my anger and how easily it is triggered, and the harmful effects on family members. This interview is based on a blog I recently published, "My Own Worst Enemy," as I share with others about an anger bout I had in the car with my brother and him witnessing how easily something so small can have an emotional outburst that can change the whole mood. If you do not acknowledge the illness and try to fix it, it will only get worse down the road. I'm here to share my mental health disease with you and fight this battle together to live a happy, full life.
I'm Opening Up About My Mental Health
In the first podcast of Michael Motivates, he shares with you about the horrific trauma he endured, which caused him to suffer from PTSD. Encountering life's challenges, Michael would spend years battling mental health that stricken him to feeling lost in life. He lays out what it feels like to deal with this disease and how bottling up his problem worsened. However, he keeps an image in the back of his memory of the encounter with the almighty that showed him something that he would never forget and his pursuit to finding his purpose
