Mid-Life Conversations

This week we talk a little about how to get past it when past pain suddenly pops up. Like most things, being able to find out why you're feeling down is the fastest way to move forward. 

This week's conversation took and unexpected turn, and we find ourselves talking about love for the first time in a while. With all the changes in society, finding enduring love has become much harder than it once was. Two hopeless romantics of the past have become a little jaded, but still have hope.

Well we're back in our own time zones and the world is getting exhausting again. This week we talk about how we readjust and find our warm gooey center.

This week's episode was a great experience because for once we were in the same place! Tune in for a recap on the trip, and a lot of talk about the great places to eat in El Paso.

This month has been filled with stress and lock-downs. We are all adjusting to the new rules and safety precautions.  This week's episode we talk about ways to keep the stress levels under control and get through some of these trying times.
