Episode 6: Joshzilla
Josh loves Godzilla. Godzilla loves to wreck up the place. Lewis watched all the Gojira/Kaiju movies he could get his hands on. From there they discuss and spoil many of them and eventually go off on tangents about social media, play, raising children and much more.

Episode 5: EraserJosh
(Recorded March 4th, 2023)
I welcome back my good friend Josh to the show as co-pilot. In the first section we talk about the art film Eraserhead, then from there we throw caution to the wind, crack open a bottle of wine, and chat about loads of different topics from other films and shows to pet peeves to Utopias, from Self-Realization and AI to funny stories and wisdom in Art.
Always a blast, always fun, enjoy!
Episode 4: Worry Not Future Thought
It's been a while so here is a little solo something to fill the void.
Mentioned in this podcast are Steven Pressfield's books "The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles" and "Turning Pro: Tap Your Inner Power and Create Your Life's Work"

Thank you for listening!
Episode 3: The Greatest Collaboration and the Act of Getting Started
This episode is a solo episode. A short philosophic romp into the creative process with a brief peek into a part of my personal life that will, without a doubt, affect my process.
Haven't entirely decided on the format for these solo episodes. This one is mostly scripted and includes a new background song by yours truly. I approached the writing like a blog post on my website NeuronDreamtime.com and just went with the stream-of-consciousness poetry style that can simultaneously be vague and descriptive. So sorry if it doesn't make any sense.
Anyway, hope you listening, find it interesting at least.
Episode 2: Jackalope Josh
Another friend from school days joins me to chat about cryptids and strange sightings. Questions are posed, answers are found and laughter ensues as we share our own made up cryptid creatures.
Episode 1: Confident Chris
I welcome one of my oldest friends onto the show, Christopher Rabideau, a fitting first guest I must say as we've known each other for thirty years now! He's a metal vocalist, fronting a PA based, blackened death metal band called "The Breathing Process". The main topics is are self-confidence and doubt, him being the vocalist in bands and the class clown I remember from all those years ago, and why he seems to never be afraid to illicit the attention of his peers and of strangers. We reminisce a bit about our first memories of each other and our similar love for music. I share an embarrassing story from grade school. All this culminates to a fitting ending sermon of wisdom from Chris about being true to yourself.
Thank you!
and
Enjoy!
Episode 0: Introduction
Mind Overrun is an experiment of sorts, a dabble into the realm of recorded conversations and monologues. An outlet for the things that don't necessarily fit within the realms of Neuron Dreamtime. In the coming episodes I'll talk with family, friends, coworkers and myself about the the things that overrun our minds, the inspirational, motivational, weird or uncertain things.
