Judy Cho is a nutritional therapy practitioner and holds a Psychology and Communications degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Judy has a functional nutrition and holistic health private practice, serving both clients remotely and in Austin, Texas. Judy works with clients by focusing on the root cause for an array of health challenges. Together, they work to create individualized solutions, prioritizing nutrient-dense foods that are sustainable for the long term.
Prior to becoming a nutritional therapist. Judy Cho was a management consultant at a top 5 Consulting firm for over 12 years. She is now leveraging her psychology degree and nutritional therapy education to help serve the community in the most effective ways.
Judy is a nutritional advocate for the Carnivore diet and on most days her kids follow a low carb or ketogenic diet. Judy focuses on debunking nutritional misinformation and promoting self-knowledge and self-advocacy. She shares bite-sized holistic nutrition information with her infographics on social media platforms. She is passionate about helping people to be their best selves and live their best lives.

Dr. Bill Schindler is the founder and director of the Eastern Shore Food Lab, Associate Professor of Anthropology and Archaeology at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and the co-star of the National Geographic series, The Great Human Race and Curiosity Stream’s, The Modern Stone Age Family.
Bill is A food archaeologist, primitive technologist, hunter, forager and chef, He is a strong advocate of traditional foodways and is constantly seeking new ways to incorporate lessons learned from his research into the diets of modern humans.
His work combines research from our ancient dietary past, global traditional foodways, and modern culinary arts to create food solutions that are relevant, meaningful and accessible in today’s world. He believes that only by fully reconnecting with our food can we as a species learn to eat like humans again.

Sarah (known on IG & YouTube as “Carnivore Yogi” has been on the Carnivore diet for over 23 months & has healed a myriad of health issues - including lifelong eczema, anxiety & depression.
Sarah has also been teaching and practicing yoga & meditation for the last 12 years, and is focused on creating paradigm shifts in the way that people use and view yoga & meditation in our modern society, as well as shattering the idea that you must be “plant based” to practice yoga.
With over a decade of teaching experience and 2,000+ teaching hours, Sarah focuses her work on making meditation and yoga accessible to all - especially those affected by trauma, stress and PTSD.
Sarah views meditation as “bicep curls for the brain”, and along with experiencing her own radical healing, she has witnessed thousands of people learn how to release stress and be more available, happy & healthy in their daily lives!

This was a super chatty conversation and so much fun!
Odelle, a 27 yr old woman in this human life, and an unknown soul age! Desiring deep connection and being her truest self from as early as she can remember, makes her feel ancient.
Over the years, she has consistently dropped away and welcomed in things that aligned more fully, yet this year has been a continuous flow of huge transformations.
Slowing down. Listening. Reconnecting. More.
The pull towards Women and the Feminine became so strong, that she released most of her "commitments", running The Charge Movement gym for adults and kids (grateful for her amazing partner Keagan to hold down the fort), and teaching yoga in groups and privately with kids and adults.
She kept only what felt FULLY ALIGNED. Now, while facilitating her second 10 week women's program, she’s received the call to ignite the energy and messages more into the community in other ways.

Her goal is to share her story in hopes to challenge others to be open minded when presented with new information that goes against the grain.
