Patti Crouch and Heather Dragulescu host a podcast about their crazy lives as stand up comedians and foster adopt mothers to three children each! Patti is the Hispanic mama with African American children and the youngest has a disability called Fetal Alchohol Spectrum Disorder. Heather is the Hapa tiger mom with Mexican children that were adopted together as an older sibling set. Both Patti and Heather turned to standup comedy as an outlet for the frustrations they felt at home. Listen each week as they discuss comedy, motherhood, foster care, adoption, and whatever else is bugging them.

That's the voice in your head or that little guy on your shoulder that tries to convince you everyday that you're a failure. These ladies face off with theirs as Heather reveals her biggest fear of performing on stage. Then the moms have some sad rants about having to be continuously confronted about the fact their foster adopt children are neurotypical and each day is a constant reminder of the challenges they face.

Heather went to the very first Palm Springs International Comedy Festival and it was... interesting. Then Patti and Heather recap their Thanksgiving hijinks which included some unforeseen travel bumps, a holiday with the kids split between parents, a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood, and taking the family to see the movie INSTANT FAMILY. It was a busy holiday weekend and they managed to come out of it... just okay.
