Muladhara means foundational support or basis. “Mula” meaning root,  “adhara” meaning support, basis (of existence)

Located at the base of the spine, Coccyx is the exact location of the Chakra. The main color of the root Chakra is Red.

The root is the base chakra, so when there is an imbalance or downwards flow of energy, it makes you feel sluggish, lazy, dull, tired, a sense of inertia sets in. At the level of the body, it may reflect issues like arthritis, back pain, or constipation.

The sacral chakra, or Swadhisthana, this energy center sits about 2 inches below the belly button and is all about creativity, sexual energy, and relating to our emotions and the emotions of others. Someone with a balanced sacral chakra radiates warmth, confidence, and generosity.

When the sacral chakra is out of balance, it can lead to "feelings of fear, overwhelm, depression, emotional instability, loss of creativity, and addictive behaviors."

The position of the Solar Plexus Chakra is best described as four fingerbreadths above the navel. This chakra is where your power and self-confidence manifests

The element for the Solar Plexus is fire. Activating the fire within moderate body temperature helps in food digestion. It represents the color yellow that brings brightness and balance of energy. When the Solar Plexus Chakra is in balance, a person experiences confidence is self-motivated and has a sense of purpose

Imbalances of the Solar Plexus can also cause fatigue, overeating, excessive weight gain especially around the stomach, digestive system disorders, hypoglycemia, and diabetes.

Anahata meaning unstruck sound, it can also translate as "pure" or "unhurt"

the home of unconditional love. When out of balance, it can also be associated with fear and even hatred. When this chakra is aligned and feeling good, you find that you feel open, loved, and loving, and that unconditional love flows easily through you.

When the energy in this chakra is not balanced, you can feel scared, fearful, hurt, and perhaps even hateful. It's often said that the opposite of love is fear, so an imbalance can manifest as a tight, fearful feeling in your chest.

Throat chakra (Vishuddha). Your throat chakra is connected to your ability to communicate and speak your inner truth.

The throat chakra plays an essential role in communication, creativity, and self-expression. When there’s an imbalance in this chakra, you may notice you have a harder time communicating effectively.

When the third eye chakra is in balance, you are able to tune into and trust your intuition and imagination. You see your life with clarity, self-awareness, and emotional balance.

In this guided exercise I repeat the Ho'oponopono mantra 108 times  this exact number of repetitions will assist and support deep healing and forgiveness towards yourself or anybody else you wish to forgive.  Before you start,  use your intention and attention... imagine you are connecting from heart to heart with the person or situation or your crown chakra itself and repeat the Ho'oponopono 108 times.
