Do you dread the call from your accountant tell you that a tax return is due?
Are you always putting off organising your invoices?
Are you looking for help in putting a structure on your back office responsibilities? I have the answer for you in this video.
Understand if you are a physical copy person or a Digital person
Buy folders and file everything as it comes in. If you are digital, have digital folders and file ever invoice or scan physical ones and upload in batches.
Set the table. Clear off everything not related to the current tax you are putting together.
Set a time each day of 15 minutes to file invoices and do other organising, If that is too much select a specific time each week and only do office work. Put it in your calendar.
If you want to be productive, why not outsource the back office.
Some companies specialise in this. Look to hire a bookkeeper for a few hours a week.
