Today I bring to you my first ever podcast. I honestly don't know how I did it but it's here. It's with great privilege that I've had the chance to interview my friend and a great person; Alejandro. He always tells me he's normal and average guy but in his simplicity there is so much potential, energy and positive vibration that I want to stick around people like Alejandro and I'd like all my friends to share this attitude. I divided the podcast into 2 parts:
- Part 1 talks about Alejandro's upbringing, his love to sports and why he chose Dublin as his base location
- Part 2 focuses on how he finds his ideas, what he thinks about climate change or current society.

During the whole interview he gives some cool tips and shares his experience on how to enjoy life to the fullest.

Let me know what you think of the podcast. I know the quality isn't great but I'm in the learning process here so bear with me :)

State Changer for Beginners

In this episode I'd like to introduce you to 8-10 minute technique that is going to change your state of mind. I call is state changed because it's really affecting you physically and emotionally and allows you to change your negative thoughts, anxiety or just overthinking into a much more peaceful state. It includes the following parts:
1. 2min of stretching your hands apart to the side and holding them in the air (pointing fingers point upwards)
2. 1min of saying 'thank you're out loud
3. 1min of fast exhale
4. 45sec of holding exhaled and empty lungs followed by 15sec of holding lungs full of air
5. 2min of meditation

I tend to use it in my morning routine and see beautiful benefits. Let me know what you think of this practice.
