Master Roaster Ben Haile created the  “Native to Native” exchange, with a goal to develop cooperative efforts to support the Indigenous Organic Coffee Farms in Central and South America. They learned it does take more than monitoring the chicken coup at night so all your chicks develop and grow, as well as all the fruits and veggies. Before this less sudden change, he left Rio straight to Minnesota, just like the Movie animation "Rio", except that it was in the late 80's. Remember how we have an extremist palate? It must be that Brazilian thing!
