Walk A Day In My Culture

Walk A Day In My Culture

By Narissa Harris, LMFT
"Walk A Day In My Culture" is a podcast where I help people be more culturally aware through my cultural lens. I talk with listeners from my perspective as a Black woman first, and a clinician second. By doing this I provide people who are not African-American with a different way of looking at the issues my community faces. For those who are African-American, they are provided with validation regarding the things they are experiencing, giving them a sense that they are not alone. Regardless of the listeners race, my podcast is bound to be helpful and will keep your cultural antennas raised!
