Do you guys ever feel like
“Oh man I have to go to the gym”
“I have to track my food”
“I have to get my steps in”
“I have to eat heathy”
Like its an extra chore or a drag, or a burden in your life
Guys fitness is a privilege you GET to have
Cause let me remind you
If you have two arms, two legs, 2 eyes, 2 ears to hear you are blessed
And there are people who wish they had those privileges you have but they can’t because of their circumstances
Now put yourself in that other person’s shoes…
They might be missing a leg and your complaining about 10k steps a day to lose body fat
They might be missing an arm and your skipping workouts
Like what are we really complaining about?
We have phones to look at our workouts
Literally and we say that we don’t have the time
I just want you guys to realize
Being fit is a GIFT!! Not everyone has the opporentiuty
There are people who have diseases that are paralyzed that switch places with you in a second and go 100x harder
SO WAKE UP!! And realize all that you have right now and use It to your max
It is disprespectful to play under your max potential, literally disrespectful so never forget this
And some of you need to stop complaining to your friends, family and even in your own thoughts because you are actually privileged to be here

1. Are you actually following all the protocols set in place? Or are you doing 80%?
2. How long has the plateau been present? If its been more than 4-6 weeks, its time to adjust
3. Are you ignoring the little things? Stress management, sleep protocols, etc.

#587 ONE OF THE SCARIEST RISKS I'VE EVER TAKEN..
I Left A Secure Job For Something that wasn’t guaranteed….
In 2021 I was finishing up college and not sure what my next step was
I had a bachelors in Nutrition and the usual route is you go to College and get a stable job
And work your way up in that job
So I had a job offer from a personal training Job in NYC That would give me a decent base salary just for being there
To me that sounded amazing
But then right before I was about to accept the offer from that job
I was at a business conference for online coaching and after going to that
It changed my perspective, it changed my life on how I viewed being able to make this possibly work
So Im at the airport @2:00am emailing the guy who was about to hire me that I longer wanted the job
Because in that moment for one of the first times in my life I believed in myself
Though there was no guarantee, though there was no 401k, retirement, benefits any of these things
I knew that this could really be something
So I went all in on my business and that next year I hit the 6 figure mark for my business
But it never would have happened if I didn’t believe in myself to get to that point and just took that leap
If theres something that you want to accomplish but your Just scared to take that leap of faith
Understand success isn’t certain, but I would rather live knowing I took that risk with the higher reward and more risk than the path that seems Safer
So Take that leap, go start that business, go move to that state, go for that dream job, cause we all have limited time on this earth and what you do with it is fully up to you

How to silence doubt even when your not seeing progress
Let me guess progress isn’t coming as FAST as you would like
And it’s discouraging you
It’s killing you, it’s making doubt whether or not what you’re fighting for is worth it…
But understand first of all you’re not weird. Your situation isn’t different from everyone else’s..
Your situation is valid
But doubt is a tool that is used that makes us quit on our dreams, visions
And honesty MOST of the time you’ll be doubting yourself when your going for something that most people will never achieve
Because most people and most normal people cave into doubt and fear everyday
BUT not you…
Your not going to do that because your a savage, your a beast, your in here because you declared you wanted something different for you life
Your not here because you want to be like everybody else
So here’s some ways to combat that doubt
- Doubt is like a cloud passing by. It’s not there to stay, but sometimes the cloud might stay awhile.
- Learn to be present in the doubt and move forward anyway
- Doubt is a lie.
- Doubts #1 mission is to destroy your dreams and visions and goals for your life.
- Remind yourself of who you ARE and who you are turning into on the other end of this journey!

#574 LOOKING AT PHOTOS AND HATE WHAT YOU SEE? HERE'S HOW TO FIX IT....
So you hate the way you look in photos….
Take a group picture you either avoid the photo as a whole or you tell people to delete the photo
Did you ever think that…you should be thanking your friends for taking that photo?
That you should actually see the way your looking now as opposed to what you used to look like
It’s a wake up call!!!
Meaning it’s time for you to make some changes in your body
You should not be embarrassed with the way you look at photos…
You should be proud of the man your seeing every day looking in the mirror not the other way around
So here’s 3 action steps to take to improve what you see in the mirror
1. Eat in a calorie deficit, to help drop the body fat
2. Start weight training 3-5 x a week
3. Walk at least 8k-10k steps a day to start burning more calories throughout the day
After 90 days of this you’ll start noticing differences in your face , and the way you look in pictures

#573 IT IS NOT OVER FOR YOU....
I woke up the morning of my senior year wrestling tournament
“This is my day”
I fixed my shot for takedowns, had come off a few rough matches from the last few days
My first match comes
Boom off the whistle…I’m on bottom and I get my stand up
1 point me
We go again from bottom he’s trying to keep me down and he gets a hold of my ankle completely and as he’s trying to turn me
I feel an irregular crack of my ankle and suddenly I’m on my stomach and my ankle is 180 degrees of the direction it was
Coaches come, ambulance comes to get me
The doctor turns my ankle manually back into place
And I’m rushed into surgery, a metal rod, several pins later my fibula is replaced
Now I’m looking at a messed up ankle and all I’m thinking in my mind is “there’s no way this is it for me”
“Not training, not being able to play sports, not being able to push myself physically to the max….isn’t an option for me”
This isn’t what’s gonna make or break me
I was looking at a mountain of recovery to climb but in my mind I was already back to walking, I was already back to squatting, I was already back on my mission
PT 3 times a week, so painful everyday but…I knew this wasn’t it
God made it very clear that this was a temporary set back in that moment to make me stronger for a bigger than ever comeback
6 months later I was back under a squat rack, 8 months later I squatted 315 for the first time, deadlifted 405, because my HUNGER to get back in that waiting period of recovery was higher than ever
I went to play rugby on that ankle for 3 seasons, ran a half Ironman, did 4 bodybuilding shows
Man I’m telling you your story is not over, I’m telling you there is no way your finished
I’m telling you God has so much more in store for your life than this situation you’re in right now
Good times are coming, and it’s hard to see that on the otherside of the hard times but your injury, your set back, your sickness, your break up, is setting you up for to become the man the lord NEEDS you to step into
Trust him in everything you do and I promise you’ll come out on top he’s got your back ❤️🙏
