The sound of healing: with Sam Silvester
Sound baths have become increasingly popular recently, with many touting the deep relaxation and healing that they can bring. But what are sound baths, how can they help us heal, unwind and reset and are they really that powerful? Today we sit down with nutritionist and sound healer Sam Silvester to not only vibe on sound baths (yeah see the we did there), but touch on what is trauma, how do we notice it and how can we heal it without needing to re-live the past?
A friendly, open discussion between two dancers and developing humans. Vibing, sharing methods for overcoming anxiety at social events, key moments on our journeys to wholeness and just how important dancing is in healing deep seated parts of us.
