In this episode, I discuss a few lessons to take away from 2020. This is by no means an exhaustive list, in fact I thought of more after recording, but ideally will generate some thoughts and reflections as we begin the new year. Feel free to share feedback on Instagram, email, or text. Thanks for listening and Happy New Year!
In this episode, I talk about the power of mindfulness through journaling, and tips and tricks for creating your own personal journal routine to supplement your growth journey. Feel free to share comments, thoughts, and feedback on Instagram or Facebook. I hope you enjoy!
In the fifth episode, the Father's Day Special, I'm joined by my dad, Jeff Vrabel. In the third episode, I discuss Walk With Purpose: 26.2 to Benefit Philabundance. In promotion of intentional living and service, I will be walking a marathon on June 13th to raise funds and awareness for Philabundance, an organization striving to make nutritious food available to all. My goal is to create a community of people doing good and living in service to others. There are tons of ways to get involved, which I detail in this episode, from supporting, donating, spreading awareness to anyone interested, or walking with purpose in your own hometown; we can come together despite staying apart. It will be beautiful and I couldn't be more excited. For more information, feel free to text me, email me Nathan.Vrabel@candlelightconversations.com or visit candlelightconversations.com/walkwithpurpose Official donation link (100% of donations directly to Philabundance): http://phlb.convio.net/site/Donation2?df_id=6410&mfc_pref=T&6410.donation=form1 Venmo: Nathan-Vrabel
