In this episode, I discuss a few lessons to take away from 2020. Feel free to share feedback on Instagram, email, or text. Thanks for listening and Happy New Year!

5- Life Lessons with Dad
In the fifth episode, the Father's Day Special, I'm joined by my dad, Jeff Vrabel. We discuss various lessons, including lifelong learning, change, relationships, and my favorite lesson he taught me: do your talking on the scoreboard. Feel free to share comments and feedback on candlelightconversations.com/podcasts or join the conversation on instagram.com/candlelightconvos or facebook.com/candlelightconvos
4- Authenticity and Vulnerability with Frank Bruno
In the fourth episode, I'm joined by Frank Bruno. Frank is a good friend of mine and former Campus Ministry Associate at Saint Joseph's University. We share a simple conversation below the surface about the importance of being authentic and willing to share your true self with the world and the benefits of doing so. 3- Walk With Purpose
In the third episode, I discuss Walk With Purpose: 26.2 to Benefit Philabundance. In promotion of intentional living and service, I will be walking a marathon on June 13th to raise funds and awareness for Philabundance, an organization striving to make nutritious food available to all. My goal is to create a community of people doing good and living in service to others. There are tons of ways to get involved, which I detail in this episode, from supporting, donating, spreading awareness to anyone interested, or walking with purpose in your own hometown; we can come together despite staying apart. It will be beautiful and I couldn't be more excited. For more information, feel free to text me, email me Nathan.Vrabel@candlelightconversations.com or visit candlelightconversations.com/walkwithpurpose Official donation link (100% of donations directly to Philabundance): http://phlb.convio.net/site/Donation2?df_id=6410&mfc_pref=T&6410.donation=form1 Venmo: Nathan-Vrabel
