Kerradel ft Salvador Ongrung
For the Red Torch listeners... Nothing says KERRADEL like Ngaraard oldies sung by our favorites, with narration from the late Salvador Ongrung.
A Rengud a Dokngei
There are two voices that I miss being able to hear in real-time and both voices remind me of Ngaraard. They belong to the late-and-great singer Sikitong Beltau and my grandfather Salvador Ongrung, and this month's playlist let's me listen to their voices and feel a little bit more connected, a little bit closer to home. I hope this playlist brings you as much joy as it brings me.
The Lucky 7 Band
What comes to mind when you hear the name "Ngiwal?" Do you think of Meduu Ngibtal? Or maybe you envision a triumphant Ngirngemelas? The great state of Ngiwal wasn't just known for their "seven eat nine soup" sized appetites-- they were also known for their talented singers! Merirei Media Group presents this playlist of the Lucky 7 Band for all the oldies lovers, featuring some of Kiuluul's best known singers. Consider it the perfect soundtrack as you dig in to that bowl of subliwal!
Bai ra Metal 1978: Volume 02
"Bai ra Metal 1978" is a two-part playlist of Palauan music played live at Bai ra Metal, circa 1978. A throwback to simpler times? Maybe. A tribute to some of the best Palauan music of all-time? Most definitely.

"So I Called Up..." ft. Jim Geselbracht (Episode 01)
After some consideration, I thought “Why not just make that my standard talk show format?”
Which then became “Hey, what if I produced an actual series of shows based on phone calls?”
And so I did.
And we launched with one of my favorite interviews so far– with special guest Jim Geselbracht!
If you aren’t familiar with Mr. Geselbracht, I highly recommend visiting his blog OUCHACHA: Musings on Palauan cha-cha and other musical forms.
