The importance of coaching
A Coach aims to unlock a person’s potential with the aim to get the best from their performance. The key is that it helps them to unlock their own potential rather than directly teaching them...what does this then mean?

The Power of Goal Setting
Let’s think about goals as exciting objectives that provide a clear focus of what you want to achieve. Without clearly defined goals, you may lack the drive and motivation to succeed.
Affirmations
Affirmations are quite simply, powerful statements that are about a change of behaviour/performance that we want and plan to see happen. They are descriptive (fires the imagination), and written in the present tense, as if we were there in the moment right now.
Developing Long Service Employees
I am going to start with a slight contradiction! While low staff turnover is to be both admired and also to be a target, a small degree of turnover can be good for the business!

For many people, the term “Change Management” can produce a sharp intake of breath! Too often it creates negative connotations
