If you don't know Shane's story you might be wondering why I am linking him with this.

Not only is he a Pieta ambassador, but he is also a survivor. Someone who had his battles with his mental health but he made a huge step- he asked for help.

While he was lifting the Sam Maguire, inside he was sinking, but reaching out gave him help, guidance, tools and a love for living again.

This is just a small personal episode for me to say goodbye to my aunt Claire, who died way too early in this life, and to remind myself, and everyone, that life is short, live it like you know the end is coming.
