Abuse or a TBI
We debate what is the difference between the effects of a TBI and the what is real emotional and mental abuse and how they can be the same thing. Life is always hard trying to live with someone else, trying to live with someone with a brain injury is even harder.
Longterm effects of a brain injury.
We discuss what long-term effects we go through in daily life and ways we try to cope with them, both as a sufferer of the TBI and the caretaker of that person.
4 years post accident we discuss changes, growth, and key personal behaviors in our lives

Help! Do I have a brain injury?
When do I start panicking if I hit my head?
Number one advice, if you have cause for concern GO SEE A NEURO DOCTOR. someone who specializes in the brain can best determine your injury. Emergency rooms, and primary care doctors are looking for your overall health! Not at the brain injury itself.
