Reprogramming the Sub-Conscious Part 2
The challenge you'll face on this journey is against yourself. Mastering this "you against you" mentality is the key to success. The program is designed to help you grow and develop in your own time. It's not a quick-fix solution, and you'll have to work hard to follow it. Your trainer is here to support and guide you, but you're ultimately responsible for your own progress. Everyone on the program is equal, and you can choose to participate or not as you please. But remember: every decision and action you take affects your future. As a trainer, you need to be aware of your language and thoughts, and be ready to adapt your approach to match the individual participant's level of understanding.
The Why Behind The Why
Discover you own why and don't assume anything until you've discovered within what and why somthing is the way it is... This can save you a lot of time and energy in your own life!!
The Transformational Change Part 1
To start this transformational change it's important to accept that who we think we are is not who we are at all. We have to figure out the most complex interconnections of our thoughts and emotions. Understanding the limited belief that has kept us stuck and working to change that belief.
In doing so you find the root cause for an emotion. This not only helps you to understand your own motives or reasoning with every decision but also better control the desired outcome. However we first need to accept that we have not been being ourselves and living, choosing to act based on our past experiences and results. Today we learn that to become who we want to be we have to leave who we are (or who we think we are) behind.
Anger Just Causes More Pain
Consistent, prolonged levels of anger give a person a five times greater chance of dying before age 50. Anger elevates blood pressure, increases threat of stroke, heart disease, cancer, depression, anxiety disorders, and, in general, depresses the immune system (angry people have lots of little aches and pains or get a lot of colds and bouts of flu or headaches or upset stomachs). To make matters worse, angry people tend to seek relief from the ill-moods caused by anger through other health-endangering habits, such as smoking and drinking, or through compulsive behavior such as workaholism and perfectionism.
How To Deal With Insecurities
An important factor to loving yourself is to know who that is. If you don't know who you are or what you want or like, then I would suggest to take some time and explore this. Figure out what motivates you what angers you, your passions, your beliefs and values and also why these values why these beliefs. Make sure they make sense to you, in order for them to be aligned with your thoughts they need to at least make sense as a belief to you.
Reprograming the Subconscious Mind Part 2
What are the initial steps in reprograming the subconscious mind? Well in this episode we go over the exact things needed to prepare you for that change.
Living With Addiction
Life doesn't happen to you, it happens because of you!!!
Setting Rituals
When you learn how to properly manage your time, you will notice a major difference in your self-confidence, as well as overall happiness in the workplace. Time management will significantly boost one’s confidence and feelings of accomplishment by increasing productivity, reducing frequent mistakes and accomplishing goals. A continuous cycle exists between productivity and confidence; productivity will improve confidence, and confidence will improve productivity. It all starts with believing in your goals and ability to succeed.
Building Confidence with S.M.A.R.T goals
As famously quoted by Mark Twain, “Eat a live frog first thing in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day.” Your frog is the task that will have the greatest impact on achieving your goals, and the task that you are most likely to procrastinate starting.
Another version of this saying is, “If you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first! In other words, if you have two important tasks before you, start with the biggest, hardest, and most important task first. Discipline yourself to begin immediately and then to persist until the task is complete before you go on to something else. You must resist the temptation to start with the easier task. You must also continually remind yourself that one of the most important decisions you make each day is your choice of what you will do immediately and what you will do later, or postpone indefinitely.
The key to reaching high levels of performance and productivity is for you to develop the lifelong habit of tackling your major task first thing each morning. Don’t spend excessive time planning what you will do. You must develop the routine of “eating your frog” before you do anything else and without taking too much time to think about it. Successful, effective people are those who launch directly into their major tasks and then discipline themselves to work steadily and single-mindedly until those tasks are complete.
What is the meaning of life?
We all have questions and are afraid of what the unknown may bring but we all should find our meaning purpose and destiny. Here we explore how that's done.
