After reading Caste by Isabel Wilkerson, I got curious...if we (Americans) created an artificial caste system based on skin color, how do people want to be identified? I talk to people from different parts of the country and different age groups and ask them "Are you Black"?

Nina chats with Spencer Nabors, MD about his experiences as a Black Physician, and how People of Color can engage their doctors to improve the treatment they get and the outcomes of that treatment.
