I don't know who needs to hear this...
It was scary thinking about posting this podcast 99.9% unedited but I did it anyway sharing what I am struggling with in hopes of helping one person not feel alone.
I allowed myself to show up where I was and let myself be judged. Many times we are afraid to show up as we are because of what others may think.
I let go of controlling what I can't and I remembered the times that someone else showing up messy and vulnerable helped me feel less alone and helped me keep going.
I hope this podcast episode does that for ONE of you.
Some days it just feels heavy. If that is how your day or week has been I am here to tell you, you are not alone and please don't do what I did; Define yourself in your weakest moments.
