I'm at it again...forgive me for what I'm about to say...as I said before, I have the right to have an angry black woman moment....  Here it is. Please understand this is just my heart speaking. Don't shoot the messenger!

Where does love begin? It was taught love begins at home...with us black people...in our community, with our own people, which will then trickle downstream, watering the flowers along the way. We as a culture have been broken-hearted, and now it's time to heal...together.  

Spending a day with the ones that bring out the best in me, not the stress in me. Being one in the element. The 6 mile nature hike.

A traffic rant, black fam.  I warned you I may have a rant or two. Please understand, these are just my thoughts that I'd like to share with you. Today's rant..."Driving While Black. Don't catch a DWB!!!" 

This episode starts with the beginning of our existence in America. The question that I ask is...how can we know where we are going, if we don't have a clue on where we've been?
