Noisy Fulfillment: A Desperate Housewives Rewatch Podcast

In the season finale, Carlos faces prison for a hate crime, Mike finally learns the truth about Deirdre’s death, Tom decides to be a stay-at-home dad, Lynette is thrust back into the business world, Susan finds herself held hostage by Zach, and Rex passes away thinking that Bree is responsible for his condition. Meanwhile, your hosts reflect on this journey and say their goodbyes.

While Mike and Susan decide to move in together, Bree breaks off her relationship with George, who tries to turn her further away from Rex with a vicious lie. Thinking she is having an affair with Justin, Carlos breaks his house arrest to beat Justin up, landing Carlos in jail once again. Lynette interferes in Tom’s career once again with even worse consequences than before. Mike learns new information about Paul Young that leads him to take drastic action. A new family moves onto Wisteria Lane in the dead of night.

With Morty and Sophie back together, Susan and Julie’s life can get back to normal.  Lynette works to spice things up with Tom. Edie spots Bree and George in compromising situations. Gabby tells John he might be the father of her baby. Kendra reveals to Susan that Mike’s conviction was more complicated than she thinks. When Paul suddenly leaves town at Felicia’s insistence, Zach comes to live with her. Meanwhile, host Rachel confesses how much she doesn't know about running and Amanda recounts being mistaken for a Boston Marathon qualifier.

With Zach continuing to obsess over Julie, Susan becomes more desperate to keep her safe. Lynette learns that Tom's ex-girlfriend, Annabel, has taken a job alongside him. As Carlos prepares to go to prison, Gabrielle learns that she is pregnant. Bree's friendship with George becomes more than just annoying to Rex. 

Lynette learns that no good deed goes unpunished when she befriends Mrs. McClusky; Susan's mother decides to try to jump-start her and her daughter's love lives; Bree forces Andrew to talk to the family priest about his sexuality. It's Valentine's Day on Wisteria Lane! Against the backdrop of a crime spree involving the Scavo boys, we meet Lynette's sworn enemy: Karen McCluskey.  Rex finally reveals his secret needs to Bree. Mike and Susan face a major blow--or two--to their relationship. Gabby's situation as both an employee and employer takes a new turn. There is more than enough guilt to go around this week! Lynette's father-in-law, Rodney Scavo, stays with the Scavo family on a business trip which leads to marital discord and discussion of secrets—some that are very open and some yet to be revealed. Susan becomes increasingly concerned about the seriousness of Julie and Zach’s relationship. Along with their lawyers, Rex and Bree discuss dividing up their assets while George becomes creepier—and more menacing by the scene. John’s parents threaten Gabby to persuade John to go to college. Meanwhile our hosts discuss Astronaut training, intruder training, and how Amanda's dog is super sus in the case of the missing butter.

As the ladies of Wisteria Lane react to the news of Mrs. Hueber's death, Edie is upset that Felicia is doing so little to honor her memory. Lynette takes some cringeworthy steps to get into her yoga class. Gabby's exhaustion leads to a confrontation with Carlos. Bree's dates with George heat up--maybe too much. Susan finally confesses to burning down Edie's house.  Meanwhile, our hosts discuss things Rachel didn't know about Oregon and plan to say no to more things.

Edie continues her search for Mrs. Hueber, enlisting the help of the sister Martha was planning to visit out of state; Susan goes to hilarious lengths to prove how much she loathes her ex-husband; Lynette is frustrated that yet another member of her family is truck on Claire; Gabby re-enters the modeling world to find it less enticing than it once was; Bree takes Rex's advice about getting back on the dating scene. Meanwhile, Rachel ponders whether she'd rather model next to a midsize sedan or dress up as a Sci-Fi Warrior Princess, Will reveals how he would handle the awkwardness of picking up a woman for a date only to be greeted at the door by her husband, and both hosts "fan boy/girl" out about overlapping Frasier/Desperate Housewives moments.

She's BACK! Maisy Gibbons returns, and we learn how she turned her family's time of financial hardship into a "Work-From-Home" opportunity.  Newly- incarcerated Carlos leans on Gabby, who goes very minimal.  Lynette's new nanny is VERY good--maybe too good--and she takes devious means to understand her magic methods. Just as her relationship with Mike is taking steps forward, Susan's relationship with Julie becomes rocky when trust is broken. Meanwhile, Rachel and Amanda discuss whether Maisy's "hobby" should have a dedicated space in her home and some "Bad Nanny" moments Rachel is still embarrassed about five years later.

While Rex and Bree struggle to find appropriate punishment for Andrew's rebellious behavior, Lynette courts another family's nanny, and Gabby and Susan's relationship is on the line.
