Kotipizza is the largest pizza chain in the Nordics with approximately 290 restaurants in Finland. Almost 99% of Finnish people know or have been to Kotipizza. In this episode, I interview Anna Rahikainen who is a sustainability manager at Kotipizza about different aspects of their sustainability, such as whether they should make a plant-based cheese the default option on their pizzas.

Tokmanni is the largest and the only nationwide general discount retail chain in Finland. They have almost 200 stores with approximately 3700 employees. Lately, their climate targets were officially approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative.
