Book Ends: A Serious Man (2009)
This month is all about Kafka - and instead of talking about an adaptation of Kafka's work (sorry Orson Welles!), we're going to look at what exactly influenced. This episode is all about the Coen Brother's Kafkaesque black comedy A Serious Man (2009) - a movie about a man who tries to figure out what the world is doing to him.
On the surface, it seems like a comedy but the film is packed with a whole lot of meaning in the tiniest of things. So be sure to check that out!
