012: What to do when you feel so overwhelmed
Are you feeling stuck? Maybe you have big goals for yourself and you just don't know where to start. Or you're feeling overwhelmed by the many things you've tried that aren't working and you're just feeling stuck, how do we move through that?

If you are often annoyed, overwhelmed or irritated check your food intake and make some healthier adjustments. These connections might not make sense to you, but that's why I'm mentioning it- it is all connected and eating healthy is not just connected to your weight.
010: Give up what is not working
Why do we hold on to a system, or habits, or way or living that is not helping us improve? We all do it. Why is change so hard, even when change would mean something so much better?!
009: Why is it so hard to do the ONE thing
Change is hard, it makes us uncomfortable, but don't try to fix everything at once. Do the ONE thing you know you need to do.

008: How do I start to create lasting change?
Well, first know that it's a process to create changes that last. You won't get it all correct right from the start so be patient with yourself. Celebrate your wins, stop counting your losses or measuring "how far you still have to go." It's all about having the right mindset.
007: Start today, not "on Monday"
If you're the person that finds faults and excuses to not start, then you will never be successful. You have to get out of your own way. Success doesn't happen because you started on a Monday on January 1st. Success happens because you took action NOW!
006: What does "food" mean to you?
When I say "food," what comes to mind? I hope food doesn't cause you to panic, but I know for many people, it does. It's overwhelming. It's confusing. It's too stressful. Well, it doesn't have to be as long as you're willing to take a deep breath and have an open mind to learning.
005: Your health is not a scavenger hunt
Stop treating your health like a scavenger hunt, always looking for the next best "secret." If you keep that mentality your quest for health will never end. Nothing changes overnight. There are zero quick-fix solutions so stop wasting your time and money looking for them.
004: Expectations vs reality
Getting mad or frustrated you body isn't changing as quickly as you'd like? It's important to make sure you have your goals and expectations aligned with how the body works, you can't speed up a process that literally takes weeks to show changes and stressing over rushing that process will actually only delay results
003: Having the right mentality with challenges
You have to practice consistently creating a mentality that embraces learning and improving when faced with something that makes you uncomfortable. Don't just push nutrition aside if you're not good at it; you have to adopt the right mentality.
